Chesco Self Service Accepts Electronic Plans and Online Payments

Important changes have been made to the Chester County Self Service (CSS) portal, making the proposed land development review process more convenient for municipal officials and staff, engineers, and solicitors. This portal allows for online electronic submissions of land developments, subdivisions, ordinances and plans, and we encourage everyone to take advantage of this service.

CSS is also now accepting secure online credit and debit card payments for Planning Commission review of proposed land development submissions. CSS account holders can access the online payment system 24/7 to enter payment information directly. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted, and there is a 2.25 percent credit card processing fee. Payment via check (mail or in person) or credit card also remains available at the Planning Commission office, 601 Westtown Road, Suite 270, West Chester, Pa., 19380.
